Connecting your accounts

• Facebook / Instagram — Settings → Connections → "Connect Facebook". You'll be sent through Meta's official OAuth screen and can pick which Pages and Instagram Business / Creator accounts to authorise. Personal Instagram accounts cannot publish via the API; convert to Business or Creator first in the Instagram app.
• LinkedIn (personal) — Settings → Connections → "Connect LinkedIn". Grants posting access to your own profile only.
• LinkedIn Page — Settings → Connections → "Connect LinkedIn Page". Requires you to be an admin of the Page. Listed Pages will appear after the OAuth round trip.
• TikTok — Settings → Connections → "Connect TikTok". Make sure you're logged into the TikTok account you want to authorise in the same browser.
• YouTube — Settings → Connections → "Connect YouTube". Grants upload access to the channel selected on Google's consent screen.

Disconnecting / revoking

• From inside the app: Settings → Connections → click the "Disconnect" button next to the account. We immediately delete the OAuth token from our database.
• From the platform itself: see the per-platform links on the Data Deletion page.

Common errors

• "This Instagram account is not a Business or Creator account" — Switch in the Instagram app: Settings → Account type → Switch to Professional → choose Business or Creator. Then reconnect.
• "Token expired" — Reconnect from the Connections page. We refresh tokens automatically every 6h, but if a refresh fails three times we deactivate the connection and ask you to re-authorise.
• "Permission denied" on a LinkedIn Company Page — Confirm you are listed as an admin of the Page on LinkedIn before reconnecting.
• "Video failed to upload" on TikTok — Check the file is < 287 MB, duration between 3s and 60s, vertical 9:16, and encoded as H.264 + AAC in an MP4 container.

Approval modes

Set the approval mode on the Approvals page (per workspace): AUTO publishes generated drafts that pass the safety check, REVIEW_BRIEF pauses for your approval at the brief stage, REVIEW_STEP pauses before each individual recipe step (most granular). Risk thresholds are configured per workspace.
