Nothing is written or published without your explicit approval.
This is the default, and for most brands it is the right starting point. There are two separate gates, and it is worth knowing which is which, they catch different things at different moments.
Gate 1, the AI Queue, before anything is written
This gate is about spend. Before the system calls a model, the job waits here with its estimated cost. You approve, edit, skip or reject it.

| Review step | You are shown every single step, the resolved prompt, the model, the cost, and approve each one. |
Gate 2 — Approvals, after it is written
Everything that got generated waits here as a finished draft. You read the post as it will appear on each platform, then approve, edit, reschedule or reject it. Approved posts move to the calendar and publish at their slot.

Reviewing does not mean rewriting. Most edits are a word or two in the hook. If you find yourself rewriting every post, the fix is more context in your library, not more editing.
